Returns & Exchanges

Each product is hand checked by a member of Team Untold Time before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction. 

Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).

Returns must be brand new and unused, any damaged or used return will be returned to sender or discarded without refund or exchange.

Please note the return must be sent back within the 10 day return period. 

Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted

Unauthorized returns will be discarded.

Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment within 4-7 days after we receive your return. It will take 2-5 business days for your refund to reflect in your account. If it has been longer than five days, contact your bank. 

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved in returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until our team receives it. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes the necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

Please also note :

  • Failed deliveries and/or incorrect delivery address will not be replaced or refunded.
  • Gift Cards are not eligible for a refund.


Please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable. Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after the removal of the product(s) in an order.
