We're 100% committed to making you happy. Each product is hand checked by a member of Team Untold Time before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction. 

Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).

The returned items must be brand new and unused any used/damaged returns will be discarded without a refund/exchange. The return/exchange must be shipped back to us within the 10 day return/exchange period or once recieved will be discarded without a refund/exchange.

Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted

Unauthorized returns will be discarded.

Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. It will take 2-5 business days for your refund to reflect in your account. If it has been longer than 5 days contact your bank.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

Please also note :

  • Failed deliveries, misplaced packages and/or incorrect delivery address will not be replaced or refunded unless the Premium Shipping option was selected at checkout. If that option was selected your order will be completely replaced.
  • Screen Protectors are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged if defected.
  • Gift Cards are not eligible for a refund

Please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable. Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after removal of product(s) in an order.
